Public Service and Administration Deputy Minister, Dr Chana Pilane-Majake will this morning, Monday September 4, address the Free State Public Service Month Webinar focusing on the state of service delivery in public healthcare facilities.

The Free State provincial government Public Service seeks to address persistent challenges in service delivery as well as enhancing citizen satisfaction.

The Webinar will also feature presentations of research findings conducted in collaboration with the University of the Free State as well as assessing the state of service delivery by public healthcare facilities.

The research covers crucial dimensions of service delivery, including citizen-centeredness, organisational capability and productivity, accessibility management, service delivery improvement performance, and operations management.
