{"id":1250,"date":"2020-03-03T13:42:12","date_gmt":"2020-03-03T11:42:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.dpsa.gov.za\/thepublicservant\/?p=1250"},"modified":"2020-03-06T09:37:05","modified_gmt":"2020-03-06T07:37:05","slug":"minister-introduce-new-dpsa-director-general","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dpsa.gov.za\/thepublicservant\/2020\/03\/03\/minister-introduce-new-dpsa-director-general\/","title":{"rendered":"Minister Mchunu welcomes new DPSA Director-General"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The new Director-General (DG) of the Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA), Ms Yoliswa Makhasi, has hit the ground running, starting her first day yesterday attending the Forum of Directors-General (FOSAD) meeting at the Presidency, Union Buildings in Pretoria.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this morning, Tuesday 03 March 2020, Public Service and Administration Minister, Mr Senzo Mchunu officially welcomed and introduced her to the department during a staff meeting held at Batho Pele building.<\/p>\n<p>Minister Mchunu shared with staff members about the fairness, transparency and professionalism that was employed throughout the recruitment process of the DG.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is my pleasure to introduce to you Ms Yoliswa Makhasi as the new DG of the Public Service and Administration; she comes at a time when we are trying to tackle some problems that are confronting us.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; line-height: 105%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cYou are welcome, we will assist you where you need our help and we believe that you will also assist us.
