Central register for verification of dismissals and resignations pending disciplinary case

This functionality allows you to verify if a person was dismissed from an organ of state or resigned with a disciplinary case pending. It will provide you with the name of the organ of state that dismissed the person or from which the person resigned. You should contact the specific organ of state directly to obtain more detailed information on the dismissal or resignation.

This functionality currently only includes information from national and provincial departments (excluding the Department of Defence and State Security Agency). The register will be progressively expanded to incorporate public entities and the local government sphere.

The information is updated on a monthly basis.
