Oversight Report

1. In terms of Chapter 1, Part III J.3 of the Public Service Regulations, 2001, departments are required to publish information in their annual reports in the format as determined by the Minister for the Public Service and Administration (MPSA).
2. In this Department’s circular 3/3/P of 21 October 2002, departments were invited to submit comments and concerns based on the prescribed format used in the annual report for 2001/02.
3. Based on the inputs received from departments as well as discussions with various role players, the format that applied for the 2001/02 annual report was revised.
