Purpose of the Session
The purpose of the session is to share best practices, experiences and ideas on how the integrity
of human resource records can be restored in order to adhere to National Minimum Information
Requirements. This includes paper based records and data captured on PERSAL systems. It will
also facilitate the implementation of the new leave directives and sharing of experience in respect
of auditing of leave.
The targeted groups for the workshop are as follows:
- Directors: Human Resource Management;
- Deputy Directors: Human Resource Management;
- PERSAL Controllers;
- Registry Clerks; and
- Human Resource Management officials dealing with human resource data
Objectives & Benefits
To raise general awareness. Participants will get an opportunity to know what strategies and tools are already in place and how to utilise these tools.
This is an excellent networking opportunity. Ultimately people will be afforded a chance to attach faces to voices, which they interact with in the process of project implementation.
Participants will be awarded an opportunity to interact with leaders in similar or related projects in other Provinces in order to expand exposure and learning.
