Towards a Khaedu Deployment Approach : Senior Managers leading in service delivery transformation

Project Khaedu is an integral part of the government's Batho Pele Revitalisation Strategy. Instituted through a Cabinet mandate in 2004, its major focus is on exposing SMS members to the coalface of service delivery. SMS members are deployed so that they could gain an understanding of the reality and magnitude of challenges at the coalface of service delivery.This project sought to improve the implementation of the Batho Pele Programme across the government.

The aim of the workshop is:

  • to intensify the implementation of the Batho Pele programmes across Government.
  • to revise the Project Khaedu Management Deployment Strategy.
