 Management of Performance Agreements

This guide aims to:
create a better understanding of the context within which performance agreements (PAs) for senior managers have to be implemented give guidance on the implementation and management of PAs within a performance management system, and explain the implications of an annual performance review system (see model in Annexures 2 4)
