Erratum - Please note the dates in paragraph 5 of the circular should read:
Reporting measures pertaining to the other requirement that employees should by the end of January 2017 cease conducting business with an organ of the state;

or resign as an employee and by the end of February 2017 submit proof that the employee has ceased conducting business or has resigned as a director of a company that conducts business with an organ of the state.
