Minister for the Public Service and Administration, Ms Faith Muthambi will tomorrow, Wednesday, 03 May 2017, officiate a sod- turning ceremony for building of new offices of the Public Service Co-ordinating Bargaining Council (PSCBC) at Centurion Office Park.
Minister Muthambi is expected to use the opportunity to emphasise the importance of collective bargaining and implementation of agreements and thus work for a productive and stable public service.
The Public Service Co-ordinating Bargaining Council was established in terms of section 35 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (LRA) as a collective bargaining forum within the Public Service.
