The Deputy Minister for Public Service and Administration (MPSA), Ms Ayanda Dlodlo will on 07 September 2012 launch the Public Service Month as part of government’s efforts of monitoring and improving service delivery.

As part of the launch the Deputy Minister will conduct an unannounced visit to a government facility to check the conditions and whether public servants are meeting expectations of the community.
